The Eleven Step A Little Bird Told Me Ceremonies Memory Making Process

  • 1. We are a 24-hour, 7 days a week service. You can contact A Little Bird Told Me Ceremonies via the website form, email, FB, IG or phone and we will either respond immediately to your initial query or agree to get back to you within 24 hours.
  • 2. You are our focus, so we will schedule a time to talk through your thoughts, wishes and your dates.
  • 3. We hope you feel that A Little Bird Told Me Ceremonies is who you are looking for and will confirm the booking.
  • 4. We want to make everything as simple and easy as possible for you. You sign a simple booking agreement with us and pay the booking fee.
  • 5. Our first meeting may be face to face or online depending on which is easier for you. This is when we can help make the ceremony as you would like it, and offer some advice and guidance as required. We will draft the ceremony for you.
  • 6. We would usually have a second meeting and finalise the ceremony and make sure you understand how we will officiate your ceremony. If you need to speak with us, further arrangements can easily be made.
  • 7. If a rehearsal is required for your event, then we will happily come along.
  • 8. One week before your event you will pay the remainder of the fee in full.
  • 9. Then its the day of your event and the making and celebrating of those special memories. We will always arrive early to ensure you feel confident that you are looked after.
  • 10. It is your ceremony, and we want you to make memories. We will send a written copy of your ceremony to you by email or post within 24 hours.
  • 11. We would appreciate your feedback and hopefully your recommendation of us to others.

Fees starting from £250

We would be delighted to work with you on your bespoke celebration. Get in touch with Sam or Gwyn and we can discuss what you are looking for and the pricing.

  • We request a 50%  booking fee and a signed agreement when you confirm with us.
  • We are happy for you to pay the remainder by installments.
  • Please note we do charge extra for bank holidays.
